St. James Theatre Rules
To ensure you have the best possible experience at the St. James Theatre, Jujamcyn Theaters operate several policies. Guests are asked to read through these and observe them carefully during their visit to the St. James theatre.
Food And Drink
Outside food and drink is not permitted within the St. James Theatre premises. However, the theatre has several bars offering a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic bevarages, as well as snacks, which may be taken back to your seats.
Proof of ID will be required from all customers wishing to purchase alcohol. The St. James theatre reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any patron under discretion of the management.
Bag and Coat Check
Coat and bag check is available for all guests wishing to use this facility. The charge is $3 per item.
Age Restrictions
Everyone attending the show must have a valid ticket. Frozen is intended for viewing by children aged 8 and over, and it is not advised to bring children under the age of 4. Booster seats are available – just ask a member of staff.
Please be mindful of other guests during your visit – singing and talking is not permitted during the performance (tempting as it might be to join in!) and anyone doing so may be asked to leave the theatre premises.
Simply be respectful and mindful of the others around you and most importantly – enjoy the show!
